Kirsten sold the same property many years ago to my wife. and now she handled the sale of our property to new buyers. She's very kind and goes about her job in a very professional manner. The sale of this property was very difficult for me as my late wife and I loved this property so much. It was our Dream Retirement property. Wanted to build new home and shop. But lost her to cancer. It will always be a big part of my heart and memories. If I ever returned to live in Idaho, I would definitely look her up for handling my Realestate needs. I wish for her and the fine people of 4 seasons the best that life can offer.

We had a lot of needs ( carpet guy coming twice, gas needing turned back om urgently, keeping on top of appraisal guy, ensuring that the cleaning of the house was done properly) these needs and others such as showings, listings, and promptly communicating were met each time. That's impressive. When he has multiple clients and makes you feel as if you're the only one he's got is a unique gift. I did admire his professionalism, especially when I was dealt a rotten appraiser, and a difficult week before closing ( deadlines, getting home, family stuff etc) . Jim made it work each time which meant a lot. Overall Jim was a breath of fresh air compared to my last realtor. in every aspect mentioned above he was better then previous realtors. Will use again if he's still an agent.
